Latest Controller from Micro-Robotics the Vm1

Karl Lam, Micro-Robotics technical director and his team have recently released the Vm1. The Vm1 retains the character of it's predecessor, the highly successful Scorpion K4s yet an improvement in code execution speed of twenty. Coupled with an increase in Rs232 serial communications from 9,600 to 38,400baud, the Vm1 provides a truly versatile, powerful controller suitable for a whole plethora of applications. The Vm1 is the preferred control product for Dyche Electrical Engineering.

The VM-1 is the latest credit-card-sized control computer from Micro-Robotics. It is intended for

Coupled with the Venom-SC programming language, it can handle Analogue and Digital I/O, Graphical User Interfaces, Comms protocols, Data and Text files and a wealth of other functions.

128K or 512K RAM, battery backed
(PLCC socket for) 512K Flash containing both Venom-SC and the user application
(DIL socket for) PCF8583 Real Time Clock Calendar; alarm signal available
